I attended Joe's exercise classes for several years and was very disappointed when he left Richmond Village Witney. His classes were always over-subscribed as he had wonderful enthusiasm and the ability to motivate us to work hard but make it fun at the same time.

Joe Taylor is very easy to talking to and is able to explain clearly the exercises you need to improve mobility and fitness. We miss him very much at Richmond Village not only for his expertise but his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients.

Joe is a wonderful trainer, very friendly, with a great sense of humour, enthusiastic, caring and infinitely patient with the elderly in particular. I cannot rate him highly enough. His classes are always great fun as well as being so encouraging and supportive to everyone.

As residents in our seventies and eighties at the Richmond Village retirement home in Witney, my wife and I have benefited greatly from the classes run by Joe over many years in the Village Wellness Spa. Throughout that time he played a major part in keeping us mobile and physically active even though one of us suffers from spinal stenosis. His well-designed classes, whether in the Spa hydrotherapy pool or its studio, were always both enjoyable and beneficial. We particularly appreciated the early post-covid classes that he set up in the open air with everyone socially distanced from one other. His expertise and qualifications in physiotherapy and stroke rehabilitation made him a highly professional personal trainer and class instructor, and his warm and empathetic character makes him a delightful person with whom to interact.
