Tantita Scales
Extra service - Tanita scales provide a detailed analysis of your body's composition this includes-
- weight, body fat percentage, body mass, fat mass, muscle mass an total body water
- metabolic age and basic metabolic rate (BMR)
- left an right balance, trunk balance, segmental fat analysis and segmental muscle analysis

1-1 Rehabilitation & Exercise Support
At JT Health & Wellbeing, I provide personalised 1-1 rehabilitation and exercise support tailored to your individual needs, goals and abilities. Whether you are recovering from injury, rebuilding confidence, improving mobility or looking to become more active, sessions are designed to support you at your own pace in a safe and encouraging environment.

Neurodiversity Exercise & Wellbeing Support
At JT Health & Wellbeing, I provide tailored exercise and wellbeing sessions designed to support neurodiverse children and individuals in a safe, understanding and supportive environment.
Sessions are adapted to each person’s individual needs, interests and abilities, with a focus on building confidence, emotional wellbeing, movement skills and positive engagement through enjoyable activity.
I understand that every individual is different, which is why sessions are flexible, patient-led and designed to create a calm and encouraging experience where individuals feel comfortable and supported.

Group Rehabilitation & Exercise Sessions
At JT Health & Wellbeing, I offer supportive small group rehabilitation and exercise sessions designed to help people improve their fitness, mobility, confidence and overall wellbeing in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
These sessions are ideal for friends, families, community groups or individuals who enjoy exercising alongside others while still receiving guidance and support tailored to different ability levels.
Sessions focus on safe, functional movement and can be adapted for beginners, older adults, rehabilitation clients and those returning to exercise after injury or illness.

SEN Support Service
At JT Health & Wellbeing, I provide personalised SEN support for children and young people in a safe, supportive and understanding environment.
I work closely with individuals to help build confidence, independence, communication, emotional wellbeing and positive engagement through tailored support that meets their individual needs and abilities.
I currently have experience supporting children within nursery and school settings, including 1:1 support, play-based engagement, mealtime support, movement activities and wellbeing sessions.
Support can include:
